Education
I have an Associates in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix in 2013. I am working on my Associates in ASL Interpreting at Wilson Community College. When I am finished I plan on going to East Carolina University to become a teacher. I have no decided if I want to teach elementary school or Biology in high school. I have a 3.8 GPA at Wilson Community. My main goal is to eventually work at Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf.
Experience
I have tutored numerous children. Worked closely with the lead teacher at a school near my house in a self contained special education classroom. I passed the teaching exam on my first try, which according to my professors is hard to do.
